Wicker East is a family owned and operated business specializing exclusively in first quality wicker and rattan Indoor/Outdoor furniture. Wicker East was established in Harrisburg, PA 1974 and continues daily operations under original ownership. In 2003 we opened our current 25,000 square foot facility in nearby Mechanicsburg, PA which features a retail showroom which is among the largest in our industry. Our huge display area and onsite warehouse is always stocked with merchandise which is available for immediate free local delivery. A Minumum Cushion Order of $1000. is Required to Cover Free Shipping Costs

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your Whitecraft purchase will be produced on a Special Order basis using your individual choice of fabric. As with all Special Orders there are absolutely No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds permitted
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to 6% Sales Tax. We do not collect sales tax for orders delivered to other states. The consumer is responsible to report any purchase which is otherwise subject to state or local tax codes.
Freight Costs
We include Free shipping on any Replacement Cushion purchase delivered within the 48 Contiguous United States and do not ship outside this region.
Terms of Payment for Replacement Cushion Orders
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Payment in full is required at the time your cushion order is placed. As with all Special Orders there are absolutely No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds permitted. LaneVenture Replacement Cushion orders are drop-shipped directly from Woodard via UPS or Old Dominion Freight Lines to your home.
Ordering/Delivery Times for Replacement Cushions
Whitecraft Cushion Orders Ship in about 4-6 Weeks from the time it is received and placed with the factory. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow about (1) additional week for transit time to your home. You will be notified in the event of any delay due to out of stock or discontinued fabrics. Please place your order far enough in advance to allow for minor delays which may sometimes occur, particularly during peak ordering season from April to July.
Cancellation and Order Changes
After we receive your order an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please punctually check the accuracy of all the information and report any corrections within 24 hours. Orders which we submit to Whitecraft are promptly scheduled for production. Any cancellation or changes to an order which has already begun "Production" is subject to a 50% restocking fee which will be deducted from your payment. "Production" is defined as the cutting of the fabrics for cushions.
Cancellation and Refusal of Orders Which Have Already Been Shipped
It is not possible to cancel an order which has already been shipped from the factory as all items are Special Order Products.
Right of Refusal
Wicker East reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason deemed necessary.
Fabric Disclaimer
Many of the fabric images shown on this website have been individually scanned in an attempt to represent colors most accurately. Please be aware that actual fabric colors may widely differ due to conditions such as visual perception, dye lot variations and video monitor settings. Fabrics and Swatch Samples with a Large "Repeat" may not fully display all Colors. Please contact us with any specific concerns prior to ordering.
Toss Pillow Disclaimer
Many of the furniture images provided on this website include the use of toss pillows for display purposes only. Toss Pillows are optional and NOT included in the standard purchase price of replacement cushions. Please order toss pillows separately by selecting the "Toss Pillow" Collection for Whitecraft replacement cushions.
Fabrics & Cut Yardage

Receiving Guidelines for Replacement Cushions
Replacement cushion orders are shipped freight prepaid via UPS or Old Dominon Freight Lines. Freight damage to cushions is extremely rare. If you discover concealed damage to your cushions or any other discrepancy, such as factory shortage or error, please do not discard the cartons and contact us immediately for instructions. The pink packing slip which is attached to one of the cartons may assist in determining the problem. Woodard Dealer policy requires the submission of digital photos from the consumer to substantiate claims of this nature. All replacement items will be sent to you at no additional cost. Failure to comply with the Receiving Guidelines may compromise your claim.
